Seventy-four years ago, the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, was attacked by the Imperial Japanese Navy on the morning of Dec. 7, 1941, leading to entry into World War II. Many recruiting and war bond posters featured similar images, such as Coast Guard Cutter Taney, which was stationed at Pearl Harbor during the attack.
