Plain conical form with base of light stem attached; pontil mark on base. Probably mid-18th century. G3. 6. Wine glass stem, lead metal. Two-piece construc- tion; trumpet bowl; plain stem with elongated tear; foot and upper bowl wall missing. After about 1740. C3, D3. 7. Wine glass, lead metal. Two-piece construction: trumpet bowl; plain stem with elongated tear; plain conical foot witli pontil mark on base. After about 1740. This glass is important to the dating of the Rosewell pit in that it comes from the primary deposit in area E. 8. Straight stem fragment, lead metal. With air twist ornament, single multiple spiral (nine tubes), and apparently with heavy shoulder knop below the bowl. Around 1750. J2. 9. Domed foot fragment from large goblet, lead metal. 18th century. .â \2. 10. Folded conical foot from large goblet no less than 8 inches high; lead metal. Probably first half of 18th century. N2, N3.
