SAVANNAH AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Aircrew members begin post -flight procedures upon arrival to the Savannah Air National Guard airfield on December 13, 2017. The team departed the Delaware Air National Guard base on a C-130 Hercules for a multi-day trip to San Juan Puerto Rico to pick up 36 members of the 1049th Transportation Company and transport the members back to Delaware. The 1049th went to Puerto Rico two months ago to provide assistance as part of relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. ( Air National Guard photo by Tech. Sgt.
