Army Maj. Gen. Mark H. Landes, Commanding General, First Army Division East, administers the oath of office for Brig. Gen. Kevin J. Lambert, Deputy Commanding General- Maneuver for the 3rd Infantry Division, during his promotion ceremony at Fort Stewart, Georgia, Sept. 2, 2022. The deputy commanding general-maneuver advises and assists the commanding general for the division's training and operational readiness. Lambert is a United States Army War College graduate and has deployed to Haiti, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
