A long South-East European forearm guard, Urnfield Period, 12th - 10th BC Long, solid arm cuff made of bronze, tapering conically towards the wrist. Cylindrical tube with pronounced ribbing, the bulging edges thickening outwardly and the larger aperture decorated with diagonal grooves. Exceptionally beautiful, lustrous "enamel patina". Rare type and exquisite example of jewellery from the late Bronze Age. Length 16 cm.
