The great floor has an unobstructedfloor area of 38,380 square feet, hav-ing a seating space for 3000 people,while the gallery accommodates an-other 5000. This hall is roofed by alofty octagonal dome, 190 feet indiameter, and 120 feet above thefloor. To the east and west of the main hall are smaller chambers, ineach of which an audience of 1200 can be seated. The third and fourthfloors will be used as committee rooms and later as headquarters forthe different counties of MuxiciTAL Railways 71
