Music fans arriving at Hylands Park in Chelmsford,Essex for the RiZE Music two day event has replaced the V Festival and this year is headlined by Liam Gallagher and Stereophonics. Launching this year, RiZE Festival's lineup will let festival-goers jump from classic indie and pop to urban and dance, packing its debut weekend full of energy and excitement at the legendary Essex site. Also confirmed to be playing across the weekend are James Bay, Manic Street Preachers, Circa Waves, Bastille, Craig David, Years & Years and many more.
