Looking up at art nouveau designs on the first floor inside the Royal Arcade, Norwich. The mirrored windows are reflecting further designs higher up on the other side of the arcade. Arcade designed by G J Skipper and opened in 1899. Ceramic tiles designed by William Neatby and manufactured by Doulton.
