At the opening of Mt. Royal Stationin 1896, Ismah Smith was the man picked forbaggage truckman at the new station. Ismahsexcellent record was established by his atten-tion to duty, and by always having the good ofthe railroad at heart. He had letters of com-mendation from the late Thomas Fitzgeraldand Charles W. Galloway, in reply to congrat-ulatory letters from him on the occasions oftheir appointments to the position of mwMmmmmml^
