Cuadrilla, one of four with a permit to search for shale gas in Britain, has 10 sites so far, most of which are in Lancashire, Homeowners in the Fylde coast area, which extends from Lytham and St Annes at its southern most point to Knott End and Preesall in the north, have reported problems even before gas extraction commences. The mask originally appeared in the book and film of V For Vendetta written by Alan Moore and illustrated mostly by David Lloyd. The mask is now a common sight at demonstrations.
