Billy the drayhorse and his floral cart, one of the Filby In Bloom displays in the Norfolk village that has won multiple awards over 25 years participating in the Britain In Bloom competition. Motorists passing through Filby on the edge of the Norfolk Broads during the summer months are treated to a feast of floral delights and 2020 has been no exception despite there being no judging this year due to Covid 19.
