Satirical cartoon illustrating Boris Johnson with supermarket trolly full of dead OAPs, tag line It's Nature's Way referencing Covid inquiry findings.

The COVID inquiry in 2023 heard evidence about Boris Johnson's attitude to older people when making crunch decisions over lockdown. The Ex-PM was said to believe that Covid was "nature's way of dealing with old people" and became "obsessed" with the elderly 'accepting their fate'. The shopping trolly references Cumming's comment that the PM had 'trollied' indecisively, as well as Number 10's parties. His decisions are said to have led to many unnecessary deaths, especially amongst OAPs and care home residents
