A pair of silver candle holders From princely possessions, Passau, circa 1710/20. Multiply stepped feet with octagonal baluster shafts. The octagonal sockets with reinforced lips. Each foot with the finely engraved coat of arms of the Princes of Isenburg. The inside of the feet with Passau proofmark and master's mark "ICS" (cf. Rosenberg, no. 4389), as well as assayer's mark. Height cm each, weight 185 and 188 g.
