The Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela is the final goal of every St. James Way pilgrim. After a happy arrival is celebrated a pilgrim´s mass with the famous ceremony of swinging a huge silver incense pot, the so called Botafumeiro, with high speed through the side naves of the altar with the image of Saint James.
