More than 40 Airmen at the 180th Fighter Wing in Swanton, Ohio, participated in the first speed mentoring event February 10, 2018, giving Airmen of all ranks the opportunity to obtain knowledge from mentors including senior noncommissioned officers as well as officers. Speed mentorship allows participants to network with mentors in various career fields and varying stages of military career development.
