Khawaja Ghaltan Shrine, Herat, Herat Province, Afghanistan
The Khwaja Ghaltan Shrine is most famous for making a wish. People sit with legs straight, ask a question or make a wish do a prayer cover their faces with the palms of their hands and lay down and try to roll on the totally flat ground. The person tries to roll himself once and they either start rolling very fast and someone stands in their way and tries to stop them or they cannot roll even once. People believe that if the answer that they seek if it is a yes the ground will roll them and if the answer is no it won’t roll them no matter how hard they try to roll themselves.
