KEYPORT, Wash. (July 13, 2018) Master Chief Fire Control Technician Shane Bice, the chief of the boat, delivers the decommissioning report Lt. Cmdr. Joshua Ragadio, the executive officer, during the inactivation ceremony for the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Buffalo (SSN 715) held at the Keyport Undersea Museum. Buffalo was commissioned November 5, 1983, and is the third United States Ship to bear the proud name of Buffalo.
