050620-N-0000X-001 Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala (June 20, 2005) Ð Sailors assigned to the guided missile frigate USS Rentz (FFG 46) assist Ecuadorian citizens down the brow of the ship after arriving in Guatemala. Rentz rescued the ninety Ecuadorian citizens from a distressed vessel in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Rentz was transiting to El Salvador when they spotted the overcrowded boat that was more than 300 nautical miles from land with a faultily electrical system and was taking on water.
