Maj. Gen. Kevin Iiams, commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, and Col. Charles Dockery, commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, along with several key leaders on the installation cut a ribbon at MCAS Miramar, Calif., Oct. 19. MCAS Miramar and 3rd MAW leaders as well as MCAS Miramar community members celebrated Starbucks' grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
