There are no welds in the shoe to break,the calks being solid fogged up from These shoes are forged into shape uuder heavy drop hammers, greatly condensing the iron and adding very much to wearing qual-ities, making it nearly equal to steel in durability. The shoes have a good substantial clipdrawn up from metal driven outside theregidar outlines of the shoe for that pur-pose. The outer edge of the clip, whendrawn up, coinciding with the outlines ofthe shoe, requires no robbing of the hoofwall to let in the clip.
