Navy Lt. Cmdr. Wendy Halsey hands out soccer balls to students from a school in Balbala, Djibouti, on Nov. 20, 2006. Halsey, and other members of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, collected more than 300 soccer balls from churches, schools and organizations around the United States for donation to schools and orphanages throughout the Horn of Africa.
