The present engraving, executed by the Brothers Dalziel, for BarryCornwalls Poems, gives a pleasing example of Mr. Thomas Dalzielsdrawing. The next two are early designs by Mr. John Gilbert. The first isfrom the Percy Tales of the Kings of England, originally published in1840, by Mr. Cundall, and since by Henry G. Bohn; the other fromMaxwells Life of the Duke of Wellington, in which there are upwardsof one hundred similar vignettes, originally published in 184-0, by , Brothers.
