Man dressed as bear with arm around protester wearing placard 'Fur kills ... Boycott Harrods' at London anti-fur march.
National Anti-fur March, Belgrave Square - Harrods, Knightsbridge, London 1 Dec, 2007 Several hundred animal rights protesters took part in a march through the West End of London past expensive designer shops to Harrods in Knightsbridge against the use of fur in fashion clothes. Although fur farming is banned in the UK, it is still legal to sell fur products made from fur produced under appalling conditions in other countries. Harrods is said to be the only department store still selling fur goods.
