OCEAN (July 14, 2017) Sailors assigned to Assault Craft Unit 1 and Beachmaster Unit (BMU) 1 enter the well deck of Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) in a light amphibious resupply cargo vehicle (LARC-V). Essex is underway conducting sea trials off the coast of Southern California.
