Boulder in Mgarr Ix-Xini, Gozo. Mgarr Ix-Xii is a long bay in the south west of Gozo, the second biggest Island of Malta. It is furthermore a marine protected Area (MPA). Divers use this spot if weather conditions restrict other dive site as it is protected from winds. Mgarr Ix-Xini is one of the dive sites where sea horses can be encountered regularly , which are protected in Maltese legislation
