Seedling five months old.—Rosettes rather dense; leaves copiouslyfine-pubescent; blades broadly oblong, oval, or ovate, varying toobovate, the larger ones cm. wide, distantly denticulate, obtuse ornearly acutish at apex, markedly longer than petiole.
