The new streets radiat-ing from the Bridge Plaza, together with those already exist-ing, will make it a great distributing center, from which can hedirectly reached the Navy Yard, the Borough Buildings, the out-lying portions of the Borough and its park system, as well as theneighboring Borough of Queens. ,
