It consists of a frame with a wheel on one side (ratio / 1) with a screw end, on the other side a hydraulic pump. The rope is tensioned between the two and tightened with the gear. The pump is a cylinder with a piston and an outlet on top. A lever is mounted on a support next to the outlet.
