1967 Buick Riviera abandoned in a field near Bakersville, North Carolina, USA. The Buick Riviera is a personal luxury car produced by Buick from 1963 to 1999. It was GM's first entry into that prestige niche. The 1967 version's 119-inch wheelbase chassis was a rear-drive variant of the new perimeter-frame design used by the contemporary 1966 front-wheel-drive Oldsmobile Toronado. The 1967 Riviera featured a new Buick 430 V-8 engine.
