1st Lt. Stephen Bell with the 316thMission Support Element won the Light Heavyweight class division at the National Physique Committee Mid Atlantic Grand Prix, in Wheeling, , Nov. 11, 2016. The class win enabled Bell to compete in the overall event consisting of 220 competitors to take first place, beating Mr. West Virginia, the Heavyweight and Super Heavyweight champion.
