CAMP KINSER, OKINAWA, Japan- Volunteers pass out race bibs and shirts to runners during the 28th Annual Kinser Half Marathon Nov. 19 aboard Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. The run was open to local and military communities island wide. About 300 participants came out to run in the race.
