The Kerry Timber Company had locations in Kerry, Neverstil, the Nehalem Valley, and Sunnyside. Neverstil was where the Kerry Timber Company had its repair shops for the Columbia & Nehalem River Railroad. In 1925, Kerry sold the company to the Timber Company (formed by the Peninsula Lumber Company of Portland, Oregon and the Knappton Mills Company of Knappton, Washington).
