NEW YORK (Nov. 11, 2015) Honorary grand marshals of the 2015 Veterans Day parade Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens wave to New Yorkers as they march with Sailors down 5th Avenue. Mabus and the crew of USS New York (LPD 21) joined more than 400 local Sailors in marching down 5th avenue to represent the Navy as the featured service for this year's parade.
