While the corolla of the parent species consists of five long-spurred petals, that of this novelty is formed of 2 to 4 rows of closely set miniature cornucopiae, displaying the rich golden-yellow hue even better, whilst the general effect is quite as graceful as that of the single form. It is such a strong, vigorous grower and its fringe-like foliage is such a pretty back-ground for its spreading flowers of white, pink, crimson or rosy purple that it can hardly be spared from any garden.
