HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (June 27, 2018) – A Marine Corps advisor with Task Force Southwest (TFSW) observes Afghan National Army 215th Corps soldiers providing suppressive fire during a live-fire range supervised by ANA instructors and advisors with TFSW at Camp Shorabak. This is the first time in the history of the Regional Military Training Center that ANA soldiers have conducted live-fire squad attacks with supporting fires from mortars and machineguns during an Operational Readiness Cycle.
