Hayle beach is only a few miles to the east of the busy town of St Ives across the St Ives Bay. But in contrast, in summer, the beautiful clean beach of Hayle is often quite when its equivalent in St Ives can be very busy and crowded. St Ives is visible in the far distance headland.
