Y., has been incorporated, with a capital stock of $10,000. The incorpora- tors arc I. C. Smith, D. S. and Y. M. Dewitt. James McHutchison, of New York, was knocked down by an automobile July 17 at Waverley, Mass., where ho was visiting his brother-in-law, Frank Edgar, on his Avay to Kennebunk, Me., and his riglit ankle was broken. It is now in a plaster cast and Mr. McHutchison is im- pro\iiig satisfactorily. One of the most attractive pieces of advertising issued by seedsmen is the montlily calendar, a lithographed card about 5x10 inches to hang on the ofiice wall, sent its friends by the J. C.
