C-17 Globemaster IIIs from Joint Base Charleston, , prepare for take-off May 25, 2017. Aircrews from the 315th and 437th Airlift Wings from Joint Base Charleston flew 18 C-17 Globemaster IIIs to provide air transportation and support for the nearly 1,600 paratroopers during Exercise Bonny Jack. Due to high winds and safety regulations, the paratroopers were not able to jump.
