Thispart of the report occupies the first four pages, and the re-maining 10 are used in illustrating the various pneumatic andhydraulic appliances, drawings of which were sent to the com-mittee. Some of these drawings have already been publishedin The American Enoineer and Railroad them we would cite the hydraulic lift used at theUneonta shops of the Delaware & Hudson Canal Company,and published in our issue of April, 1893.
