Army Soldiers with the 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) and Marines with the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (VMM-161) volunteered to teach children at the orphanage oral hygiene basics. The oral hygiene course consisted of brushing and flossing teeth, identifying cephalic body parts and learning oral hygiene practices. Members with the 403rd CAB support Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa by specializing in strengthening partnerships throughout East Africa.
