View SSE of an Anglo-Saxon doorway in the N wall of the nave of All Saints Church, Somerford Keynes, Gloucestershire, England, UK. The narrow N doorway has a stilted arch supported by stepped corbels, it is usually dated to the 700s but may be no earlier than C10th. The church was founded around 685 beside the hall of a Saxon lord. The stonework has been repointed & the downpipe removed since this photo was taken in March 1987.
