He was assignedto the Twenty-third Company. Upon re-ceiving his commission he was orderedoverseas, sailing in December, 1917. Afterfurther instruction in France, CaptainMoseley was assigned to the 16th Infantry,with which regiment he met instant deathon July 5, 1918, near Cantigny. CaptainMoseley was twice married. Besides hiswidow, Mrs. Lily M. Moseley, of Freeport,III., he is survived by four children. Grey, aged 2and Oliver 1., aged 1 0 years, and his parents, Mr. Capt. ARTHUR F. MOSELEY.
