The railway track renewall train Katharina die Grosse / Katharina the Great from the German company SPITZKE performs railway track renewall and lowering of the railbed in order to put up masts for the electrification of the main train line at Hobro, Denmark. As well as removing the old ballast from underneath the track, it can re-use some of the old ballast, mix it with new and tamper it automatically.
