CAMP KATUU, Palau (June 26, 2018) Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau Mechanic apprentices perform routine maintenance on a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) truck as part of their training program. The Palauan apprentices work with CAT to learn a marketable trade that will help them find employment after successful completion of the program. CAT Palau provides construction capabilities, apprenticeship training, medical outreach and community engagement opportunities to the people of Palau.
