A wind turbine is in silhouette against the sun rising on the Kent coast. Part of the Thanet Offshore Wind farm in Kent, England. Taken shortly after the first trubine had started operation in May 2010. After completion later in 2010 it will be the worlds largest offshore wind farm with 100 separate turbines, each with a capacity of 3MW.
