A girl preparing 3 cups of coffee in the traditional way. The ground is first covered with long scented grasses, then the beans are selected, roasted and then ground with a pestle and mortar. The ground coffee is slowly stirred into the black clay coffee pot known as 'jebena' and then strained before being poured into tiny cups in one movement and from a considerable height.
