A goodly company was gathered about old Seth Kinman,the famous California hunter, in the comfortable reading roomof the International Hotel last evening. Seth was in the bestof story-telling moods, and perhaps many present enjoyed theentertainment more than the hero of the momentp who, as he recalledthe ancient incidents, appeared to bask in the genial reya of thelong ago, when his eye was keener, his step firmer, and his haira little darker than to-day.
