Command Sgt. Maj. Gregory Binford, outgoing senior enlisted leader of the 8th Theater Sustainment Command, receives a farewell during a change of responsibility ceremony June 29 at Hamilton field on Schofield Barracks. During the ceremony, Binford officially handed over the reins of responsibility to Command Sgt. Maj. Jacinto “Jay” Garza.
