Okot Ronald Sande, 17, says he was attacked at night by the police, while trying to find somewhere to of street children in Gulu, northern Uganda, have been put in danger, with nowhere to go during a coronavirus-related lockdown, which includes a 7pm curfew. Millions of street children across the world are particularly vulnerable during the pandemic.
