Shibuya crossing is less busy than the usual during lockdown amid Coronavirus Japan government declared a state of emergency to cover Tokyo, Osaka, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, Hyogo and Fukuoka prefectures from 7th April and will continue until May 6th. Tokyo governor Yuriko Koike has asked restaurants and bars to be closed.
